So found a lawyer, now finding the money

I found today, that finding a lawyer was pretty calming. I'd have that bent out of shape warping feeling then imagine her soothing hand gestures. Once I've signed on the dotted line, I'll share her with you.

I'm working late tonight and taking off for Cortez, Apollo Beach, Plant City in the morning.

THIS morning I picked up a new place to sell my work. I ALSO am going to be involved in a live newscast on October 2nd in the Tampa Bay area with Sadie the Sales Pug and my work. Who knows what'll make the cut. I'm also getting custom orders at a regular clip I'm passing on to my sister because I feel rather heartbroken and can't manage the sort of love I believe a custom sign requires. It isn't about money. A custom sign is almost like a prayer request.

Serious.

It is off season and I'm having a hard time getting enough to do shows, so I think I'm at my limit. All these places I've picked up ( likely picking up the New Smyrna Beach place on the 27th--taking mom on a roadtrip ) are going to light up November through May. AND I'll be doing mostly weekly shows.

Plus, I actually do have newer, higher end work that sells as easy as Beer:30.

So, I'm having a small anxiety attack. I've found a way to shake the cretins, but it isn't sitting well with me what I got to do. But it is what it is. Can't whine. I've got work to do.

I'm getting folded into the Siesta Key market where I'll at least get my work promoted in a very desirable place.

I ate at the "new" Sungarden or Sun Garden Cafe this morning on Siesta Key. They sell BLISScuits. I dig them. They also have a great breakfast potato casserole. Sadie is welcome. Talked to the owner. I think he's a North Carolina gent. He knows how to shell peas.

Anyway, this is the new Siesta Key Southern Morning Office. Coffee is good. People are nice. And the breakfast menu is one quirky work of art.

They'll be serving dinner in November, but their lunch now includes such funky stuff as lime fish tacos and cheese stuffed baked figs as "street food." All sorts of mad wonderful things. It is a chef run restaurant and he's got a fantastic quirky sense about him.

So..yeah, Sungarden Cafe recommended. ABSOLUTELY.
